What We Offer<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

  • Wage: $23.50 an hour, plus 4% vacation pay <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Job Type: Full-time<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Shift: Mostly day shifts, however you will be required to work some evening shifts. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Weekly Pay every Friday<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Immediate Start<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • WHMIS Training<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    What You’ll Do<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

    <\/div>\n
      \n
    • Booking and dispatching drivers for pickup and deliveries<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Making sure all paperwork is completed correctly by the drivers<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Aware of location of drivers\/trucks at all times<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Monitor and respond to driver messages\/calls<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Assist drivers with routing directions, delivery issues and communicating service requirements<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Other duties as required<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      What We’re Looking For<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

      <\/div>\n
        \n
      • Previous experience in dispatching within the Transportation\/Logistics industry is required<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Experience dispatching in New Brunswick, PEI, Nova Scotia, or Newfoundland and Labrador would be a huge asset<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Clean criminal record is required<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Knowledge of the Transportation\/Logistics industry<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Knowledge of Atlantic Canada geography and familiarity with Hours of Service regulations<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • MS Word and Excel<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Strong organizational and priority management skills<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Able to work well under pressure<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Flexible, able to deal with change<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Strong attention to detail.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Very organized, with excellent multi-tasking and problem-solving skills<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Excellent customer service\/communication skills<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Strong work ethic and positive team attitude<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Able to speak English fluently<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Currently reside in Moncton, NB and are eligible to work in Canada<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
