Our client is searching for their next Counter Sales Representative\/Office  Administrator to join their ever-growing team in Moncton, NB! The successful candidate would be responsible for providing excellent customer service in selling a diversified line of safety products via phone, fax, email and over the counter. You are  the face of the company and will have the most face-to-face interactions with their customer base.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

 What We Offer<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

    \n
  • $20 – $22 an hour<\/li>\n
  • Monday – Friday<\/li>\n
  • 7:30 am – 5:00 pm<\/li>\n
  • Weekly pay, every Friday<\/li>\n
  • On-site Training<\/li>\n
  • Immediate Start<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    What You’ll Do<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

    <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
      \n
    • Greet all customers (in person or over the phone) with a positive, engaging, and  welcoming attitude<\/li>\n
    • Sell and support a diversified line of safety products via phone, fax, email and over  the counter<\/li>\n
    • Delivering a high level of customer service and support upselling opportunities<\/li>\n
    • Operate the store point of sale system to search for products and customer accounts<\/li>\n
    • Assist with merchandising activities, maintaining standards of appearance, overall  product presentation, inventory management, signage, etc.<\/li>\n
    • Follow all policies and standard operating procedures related to cash, credit, check,  refund, and return policies.<\/li>\n
    • Adhere to inventory control programs, in-stock standards, and all operating  procedures<\/li>\n
    • Other admin\/counter sales related duties as required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      What We’re Looking For<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

      <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
        \n
      • A clean criminal record is required<\/li>\n
      • Bilingualism (French\/English) would be a strong asset, but not essential for the right candidate<\/li>\n
      • Previous experience in the safety industry and\/or in a retail environment is   considered a strong asset<\/li>\n
      • Strong communication skills and attention to detail, combined with the ability to work  in a team environment while giving the best in customer service is a top priority.<\/li>\n
      • The ideal candidate should be dependable, neat in appearance, and comfortable  with computers<\/li>\n
      • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, e-mail, spreadsheets, and managing files and records and other office procedures at a proficient level<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
