Our clients, located in Brockville and Lyn, require an AZ Local Delivery Driver to join their team. <\/div>\n

What We Offer:<\/strong><\/div>\n
    \n
  • Hourly rate of pay: $29.37 per hour plus 4% vacation pay<\/li>\n
  • Overtime after 44 hours<\/li>\n
  • Shift premiums of $1.00 per hour where applicable for evenings and weekend work <\/li>\n
  • Pay rate increases occur when the driver has completed 1000, 2000, and 3000 hours<\/li>\n
  • Job type: Full time  <\/li>\n
  • Shift: Dispatch time between 3:00am to 5:00am daily<\/li>\n
  • Shift duration: 8-15hour shifts <\/li>\n
  • All routes are local! (within 2 hours from Brockville) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    What you are doing:<\/strong><\/div>\n
      \n
    • Conduct daily pre & post trips of vehicle<\/li>\n
    • Pick up, deliver and load\/unload product<\/li>\n
    • Use of pallet jack to load\/unload<\/li>\n
    • Use of electronic logs<\/li>\n
    • Retail Store deliveries as well as re-loading pick-ups some hand bombing<\/li>\n
    • Document all required information accurately and legibly, using driver logbook, trip reports, accident\/incident reports and maintenance of temperature on reefers<\/li>\n
    • Be punctual about scheduled appointments and dock times arriving on time with reliability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      What you need:<\/strong><\/div>\n
        \n
      • An experienced AZ Driver with 1 year (minimum) clean driving (53’ trailer) record<\/li>\n
      • Ability to perform and pass a test drive and attend an in-person interview <\/li>\n
      • Ability to work early mornings (between 3:00am to 5:00am start times)<\/li>\n
      • Provide a clean CVOR & Abstract in the past 30 days<\/li>\n
      • Experienced at backing up\/reverse (parking at loading dock) working for retail or grocery stores<\/li>\n
      • Familiarity and prior use of electronic logs<\/li>\n
      • Comfortable and experienced using manual hand-jacks<\/li>\n
      • Punctuality, reliability and honesty with a positive team-oriented approach to work<\/li>\n
      • Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision<\/li>\n
      • You must be physically fit, able to lift to 50 pounds and able to handle large workload, loading trailers with pallet jacks<\/li>\n
      • Bilingual with English\/French considered an asset<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
