What We Offer:<\/strong><\/div>\n

  • Hourly Salary: $18.00 + $1.00 afternoon\/evening shift premium.<\/li>\n
  • Job Type\/Shift: Full-time hours – Monday to Friday and every other weekend<\/li>\n
  • Shift: 8:30am – 5pm and 3:00pm – 11:00pm (you must be able to work both shifts as required)<\/li>\n

    What You Are Doing:<\/strong><\/div>\n
      \n
    • Evaluate, identify, and correct errors, omissions, and exceptions in Fuel Tax, Licensing, Permitting, Registration, Authorities, and Fuel Tax Refunds; promptly contact clients for additional information if needed<\/li>\n
    • Assist in the preparation and filing of monthly, quarterly, or annual Fuel and Mileage Tax returns<\/li>\n
    • Perform data entry tasks, including keying Driver’s Trip records, fuel receipts, fuel tax returns, and Manifests for tax filings<\/li>\n
    • Process applications and orders for Licenses, Permits, Registrations, and Authorities<\/li>\n
    • Support customer service efforts and assist with the processing and preparation of Fuel Tax Refunds, along with other Transportation Compliance duties as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      What You Need:<\/strong><\/div>\n
        \n
      • 2 years’ experience in office experience <\/li>\n
      • Grade 12 or equivalent and Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)<\/li>\n
      • Experience in the transportation industry (fuel tax, licensing, permitting and registrations, Manifests)<\/li>\n
      • Experience in dispatch, switchboard or logistics<\/li>\n
      • Reliable, dependable and have attention to detail<\/li>\n
      • Clear Background Check<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
