      What you’ll do:<\/strong><\/div>\n
        \n
      • \n
        Lead production and distribution operations across multiple regional sites, ensuring efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
      • \n
        Drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives, applying lean methodologies to enhance operational performance<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
      • \n
        Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions to improve throughput, quality, and cost-effectiveness<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
      • \n
        Partner cross-functionally to address technical challenges, improve workflows, and support a culture of quality and innovation<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
      • \n
        Lead projects from planning through execution, including analysis, recommendations, approvals, and implementation<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
      • \n
        Oversee manufacturing processes within a GMP and quality-controlled environment<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
      • \n
        Contribute to strategic planning and manage budgets aligned with operational goals<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
      • \n
        Support and develop a high-performing team through people-first leadership practices<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        What we’re looking for:<\/strong><\/div>\n
          \n
        • \n
          Post-secondary education in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related technical field (Master’s degree strongly preferred)<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
        • \n
          Experience in manufacturing, biomanufacturing, production, or process engineering environments<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
        • \n
          Strong focus on process optimization, lean, and continuous improvement methodologies<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
        • \n
          Experience working within GMP and quality-regulated environments<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
        • \n
          Demonstrated leadership capability or strong potential to step into leadership<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
        • \n
          Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
        • \n
          Must meet the Trustworthiness and Reliability Verification requirements of the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission and be eligible for criminal record and employment verification checks<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
        • \n
          Open to candidates from adjacent regulated industries, including food and beverage manufacturing, with transferable GMP and process optimization experience<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
