    What You'll Do:<\/strong><\/div>\n
      \n
    • Flex staffing and permanent recruitment when required.<\/li>\n
    • Prepare and post position descriptions and advertisements.<\/li>\n
    • Collect and screen potential applicants, arrange interviews and required testing while continually building candidate inventory.<\/li>\n
    • Establish and maintain long-term working relationships with both candidates and clients.<\/li>\n
    • Identify new business opportunities, defining client business requirements, developing and expanding client relationships, and managing ongoing engagements.<\/li>\n
    • Drive new client acquisition through outreach, cold\/warm calling, networking, and in-person visits.<\/li>\n
    • Manage the recruiting process through an existing database, networking, contacts, advertising campaigns and direct recruitment.<\/li>\n
    • Strategize with your team to accomplish branch and personal growth goals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      What We're Looking For:<\/strong><\/div>\n

      • 1+ years of experience in a similar role.<\/li>\n
      • Creative, innovative, and results-oriented problem solver.<\/li>\n
      • Client-centric and able to build strong working relationships.<\/li>\n
      • Exceptional organization skills, multi-task oriented, and efficient in time management.<\/li>\n
      • Able to work with a sense of urgency in a fast-fast-paced, high-intensity work environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
