    Salary: $55,000 to $75,000 base salary depending on experience plus commission<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

        What You'll Do: <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

        • Develop new business and generate job orders<\/li>\n
        • Source and manage top-tier candidates<\/li>\n
        • Present your most placeable candidates to employers<\/li>\n
        • Manage the full recruitment cycle from first contact to placement<\/li>\n
        • Collaborate with peers and contribute to a culture of excellence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

          What We're Looking For: <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

          \n
            \n
          • 1+ year of B2B sales experience (or 3+ years B2C)<\/li>\n
          • Strong communication and relationship-building skills<\/li>\n
          • A results-driven mindset and high sense of urgency<\/li>\n
          • A passion for recruitment and helping people succeed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
