We are looking for someone who can operate a Sitdown forklift for our client located in North Calgary.<\/div>\n

<\/div>\n
For this position you should have a positive attitude and strong work ethic, someone who focuses on safe and efficient handling of warehouse products as well as someone who is punctual and reliable. Must have experience with LTL or Cross Dock.<\/div>\n

  • This role pays $24.72\/hr.<\/li>\n

    What you do:<\/div>\n
      \n
    • Safely operate a forklift to load and unload and stack and store product around the warehouse as needed.  <\/li>\n
    • Perform regular inspections to ensure the equipment is functioning properly and report any concerns.<\/li>\n
    • Handle products safely and securely, and ensure they are transported to the correct designated areas using the warehouse inventory system. <\/li>\n
    • Provide support with other warehouse tasks as needed, including packaging products for shipping, and performing periodic inventory audits.  <\/li>\n
    • Follow company safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.<\/li>\n
    • Perform other duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Who you are:<\/div>\n
        \n
      • Proven experience as a forklift operator. (Certification is a must have).<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • Have a strong understanding of forklift safety guidelines and procedures.<\/li>\n
      • You have high attention to detail and accuracy.<\/li>\n
      • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods of time.<\/li>\n
      • Must have CSA approved safety shoes.<\/li>\n
      • Able to pass a criminal background check.<\/li>\n
      • Good communication skills<\/li>\n
      • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n
      • Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.<\/li>\n
      • LTL or Cross Dock experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
